Synergic Industry, Inc. is located in one of the best industrial zones in China --- Songshan Lake Industry Zone ( www.ssl.gov.cn ).  We have a 7000 square meter facility for metal fabrication and a 5200 square meter facility for plastic injection.  Synergic Industry, Inc. is capable of manufacturing using any type of standard or unusual metal material including CRS, SS, copper, aluminum, or some unusual material like Galvinlume.   Synergic molds all type of plastic including, ABS, Polystyrene, Polypropylene, Polyethylene, Polystyrene, Acrylic, SAN, Acetal, Nylon and PBT, ASA, PVC, PC, PC/ABS, PPS, and PPA.  We also have a stable partner for finishing metal products or plastic parts, such as powder paint, plating, anodizing, silk screen printing for metals, and all kind of cosmetic finishing for plastic parts.

• 9 Punches – 10 Ton – 16 Ton
• 2 Hydraulic stamping machines – 220 Ton and 600 Ton   
• 6 milling machines
• Lathe machines, grinding machines, automatic material framing machines.
• Energy storing welding machine (used for welding copper, aluminum or SS)
• 3 CNC machines, working size is 500*600 mm 800*1200 mm and 1000*2000 mm
• 2 EDM machines
• 15 presses from 90 Ton to 450 Ton
• 6 assembly lines from 10 meters to 18 meters.
• 3 SMT lines --- surface mounting technology machines
