Sam Wu
Co-Founder, General manger
Sam Wu is a technologist and entrepreneur with more than 15 years experience in a number of telecom parts companies in Anhui and Guangdong provinces. Prior to Synergic Industry, Inc., Sam founded an electronic hardware company – Yongyi Electronics, Inc., manufacturing metal fabrication parts and injection plastic parts for Telecom Industry. Prior to this, Sam was an engineering manager at Hongyun Electronic Hardware, Inc (state owned). Throughout his career, Sam has always tried to invent new production methods or effective ways to improve efficiency. He believes that providing the customer a better product and a better price will make the both parties win. Sam has received his MBA degree from Tsinghua university.
Lion Lu
Co-Founder, Sales & Marketing director
Lion is a graduate of UIBE (University of International Business and Economics). Prior to Synergic Industry, Inc., Lion worked for a British consulting company as the market research director to help its clients establish their businesses in China. After that he worked with a US sourcing company as project director to help its clients with purchasing in China. Lion’s entire career has been spent working with foreign companies--either bringing them into China to start their business or to help them with purchasing in China. He is very familiar with the rules of doing business in China, and, he is also knowledgeable of the process of international trading--production technique, finance, logistics, and customer service. He founded this company because he understands what foreign customers want-- reliable business partner that can make quality products for a good price. Lion and his factory team are trying to build a new image of your Chinese business partners.
Kevin McGuire
Business Development Director
Kevin McGuire earned his Bachelors of Behavioral Science from St Francis University, and post-graduate certificates from Lucas Ltd, a British multi-national corporation. These certificates were in the Technical Selling Processes, Strategic Planning, Major Account Management and best practices in "designing for Manufacturing" Kevin also has a certificate in "Network Technology" from the University of Washington, (Seattle-USA).
For 12 years Kevin was employed with Lucas Ltd. He preformed several roles including; "product design" 'management" "strategic sales" and "market development". Mr. McGuire has over 25 years experience in the high technology; sales, and the marketing professions. During his time with Lucas, Mr. McGuire achieved top awards for order achievement, new business development and product design.
Before joining Synergic, Kevin was the Director of Partner and Channel Development for Vigilar's Intense School, One of Americas leading IT security training companies. Kevin also had leadership responsibility for the Microsoft, T-Mobile, Boeing, and Starbucks, Vigilar's largest customers.
Kevin McGuire first visited China in 2003 at the invitation of Cyberport and InvestHK to explore consultancy and related business opportunities in Hong Kong and China. Kevin has made several additional trips to China before settling down in Shenzhen, China to join the Synergic team.
Mr. McGuire has authored several articles for technical, industry trade journals, lectured at the university level, and has appeared on television and radio. Mr. McGuire has received numerous Customer Recognitions Awards, Team Design awards and other public commendations. Mr. McGuire led several successful go-to-market product campaigns in his career, and has been hired to complete detailed business and marketing plans for his clients.
Belinda Lin
Customer Service Manager
Belinda is Graduated from Shanghai University Of Finance and Economics by Major of International finance, after that she has Studied at the university of Southampton UK for one year and obtained her business management degree. Now after few years in Synergic team, she has got a lots of experience in project management on different products, she is in charge of a wide range of project's service work to customers and give them updates or get feedback from customers.
Karen
Marketing Development Manager
Karen has got her bachelor degree from Centennial college in Canada, and after that she has gained her master degree from Lawrence Technological University by major of business administration In US. She has four years working experience in Canada and United states, she is very familiar with the market in North America, now she is doing the general marketing work to promote Synergic in North America.
 Factory team
We have 110 formal employees at our metal fabrication & mold making department, and 200 formal employees at our injection plastics department. We have English speaking person at our QC department which are able to clearly transmit your design or QC requirements to the team who will make your products, and we have Foreign university graduate who are in the sales department will be your customer service manger to satisfy your varies requests to our factory.
